10 Health Facts About the Female Body

One of your boobs is smaller than the other.

Yeah it's true I'm sorry.

No breast is equal in size, shape, or look. Love your boobs because they're unique.

DO NOT pop that pimple...

I know from experience... do not do it.

I know, you feel it under your skin. Just know that if you decide to, there is a chance you will push that gross white stuff deeper into your skin. That will cause redness and possibly permanent scarring.

Just resist the urge, and do this instead.
Run a small towel under some hot water and hold it on the infected area. This will  help the pimple to calm itself and heal naturally.

Do not stop your face routine! Wash your face in the morning and at night to
prevent the tragedy from happening again.

We have about 450 periods in our lifetime.

I know it's a lot of blood, be sure to stock up on your pads, tampons, and your candy stash.

Stop wearing bras!

Studies show that bras discourage the growth of breast tissue.

My go-to will forever be sports bras. Regular bras have always been way too uncomfortable for me, and I know I am not the only one. I'm sure you're thrilled to  know that you never have to wear them again!

If you are not planning on leaving the house, just don't wear one.

Women have 300,00 egg cells on average.

You have plenty, don't worry. If you want 10 kids, then have 10 kids. There's no limit.

We have a better immune system.

This is a thing because us women tend to live a healthier lifestyle.

Yes, this is one of the reasons women live longer than men.

Pads or tampons?

Pads can be used for swimming, and no, it won't fall out. They actually increase in size because they are soaked. For this reason, change it every 2-3 hours.

I personally hate pads, they shift, fold, and noticeable if you are wearing a swimsuit. Plus, you can always feel it, even when you walk.

Unlike pads, I always forget my tampon is there. Although, you want to change it                                  often because it can cause infections, or an overgrowth of bacteria which can                                          cause toxic shock syndrome.

Sperm can live up to 48 hours in our body!

Yes, ladies, you read that right.

And that is why we wear protection!

Don't worry about your late period!

If you're young, it is still new to your body. Yes this applies to teenagers of all ages.

A normal number of days between each cycle is about 30 days. It is normal for it to be late sometimes, especially if you are young.

If it has been up to six weeks and still no period, now it's a missed period.

This can be caused by losing a bunch of weight, a large amount of stress,                                                hormonal birth control, etc.

Eat these foods if you want acne.

To avoid acne, you need to drop certain foods from your diet.

Dairy, ice cream, bread, pizza, potato chips, and soda are things you should stop putting into your body if you want clear skin.
